We get a lot of local people coming by to ask about tickets or passport stuff. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls. It is just a regular house with some computers and chairs. Sometimes the rain in Kerala gets really heavy and we just have to sit and watch it from the porch. We work long hours, especially during the holiday seasons. There are always people wanting to go somewhere. My friends and I run the place. We started small and just kept going. It’s a bit messy with all the papers, but we know where everything is.
