Our office for Al Tayyar Travel Group Co. Ltd is located on Road No.12 in the Banjara Gardens area of Banjara Hills. It’s a pretty well-known part of Hyderabad. We handle travel bookings and all the stuff that goes along with planning a trip. It isn't a huge, glossy operation like you might see on TV. We’ve got some desks and a lot of computers that stay on all day. Most of the time, we are just talking to people on the phone or trying to find a better flight price. Banjara Hills is a busy place, so there is always noise outside our windows from the traffic. We have been in this spot for quite some time now. Some of the staff have worked together for years. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy scripts for us. We just answer the questions as they come. Sometimes people just walk in off the street to ask about a ticket. It can get a bit messy with all the printouts and files on the desks. If a flight gets delayed or something goes wrong, we just sit here and try to fix it. The coffee machine in the corner is usually running because we need it. We aren't trying to be the most famous travel group around. We just want to make sure people get where they are going. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to the pace.
