Aisats is currently operating from this address in Kanchanbagh, which is actually the Defence Lab S Quarters. Specifically, it’s New Type C -40/1. I’m the daughter of Mr. Ravi Kumar Verma, and we have a small office setup here to handle the paperwork. It’s a very safe and quiet area because of the defence connection, and there are plenty of trees which keeps it cooler than the rest of Hyderabad. We aren't out at the airport for this part of the job; we mostly deal with the records and the administrative side of things from this room. It’s a simple space with some chairs and a wooden table. We don't have any fancy decorations or a lobby for guests. Most of our work is done through emails and phone calls, so we don't need a huge office in a commercial building. Sometimes the security check at the gate takes a few minutes, but that’s just life in a quarters area. The neighborhood is full of families, so you often hear kids playing or people talking in the evenings. We keep to ourselves and focus on making sure the airport operations have all the documentation they need. It’s a steady way to work, and being in a residential zone makes the whole day feel a lot less stressful than being in a busy downtown office.
