Our office is tucked away in F Block of the main airport building at RGIA in Shamshabad. Working out here near the runways means things are always moving. It’s a big space and it can get a bit confusing if you aren’t used to the airport layout. We handle a lot of the ground stuff here under the Airindia SATS name. It’s mostly about logistics and making sure things get to where they need to go on time. The shifts can be long because planes don't really stop landing or taking off. We spend a lot of time on our feet or at the desks dealing with schedules. It’s not like a regular city office; there’s a different energy being at the airport. You hear the engines outside sometimes. We have a team that’s been around for a bit, just doing the daily tasks that keep things moving. The building itself is standard airport style, lots of concrete and long hallways. We mostly just stick to our area in F Block. It gets busy during peak flight times, and then it might quiet down for an hour or so before the next wave. We don’t have much time for fancy talk, just focused on the cargo and the paperwork. It’s a practical environment. If you’re looking for us, you’ve got to head out towards Shamshabad and follow the signs for the airport building. We've been in this block for quite a while now and we know the routine.
