Airindia Singapore Airport Terminal Services (Aisats)

Airindia Singapore Airport Terminal Services, or Aisats as most of us call it, has this office at Flat No-103, Shanti Block. It’s inside the Medha Rejoice Apartments over in Radhakirshna Nagar, Attapur, Hyderabad. Working out of an apartment complex gives the whole thing a very different vibe than what you might expect from an airport service company. We are right there in the middle of a residential area, so we see families and kids playing while we are trying to manage our terminal service tasks. The Shanti Block is easy to find once you get into the Medha Rejoice gate. We chose this spot because it works for the team. We don't have fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a flat where we’ve got our computers and files set up to keep things moving. Attapur is a busy part of Hyderabad, so there is always somewhere to grab a quick tea or lunch nearby. It’s a no-nonsense kind of setup. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing here. We just focus on the logistics and the airport support work that keeps everything running on the other side. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at once, but we make it work. It’s just a group of us in an apartment block doing our jobs for the airline services without any extra fluff or fancy talk.
