Airindia Sats

We are located at Plot No.45 in Sarva Sukhi Colony, which is in West Maredpally. Secunderabad is a big place, but this particular colony is tucked away and usually quite peaceful. We work for Airindia Sats from this office. It’s not at the airport itself, which some people find surprising, but we handle a lot of the ground handling logistics and planning from here. The office is basically a converted house on a regular street. We spend most of our time on computers or on the phone with the teams at the terminals. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure flights are handled right. The staff here knows each other well because we’ve been working together in this same spot for years. We don't have any big signs out front or anything fancy. It’s just a place where work happens. Sometimes the internet acts up, or it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we just get on with it. Maredpally has some good places to grab lunch, which is nice for us during the day. We deal with all the behind-the-scenes stuff that passengers never really see when they are traveling. It’s a lot of paperwork and scheduling, but it’s what keeps the operations moving. We stay busy through all the different flight seasons and just try to stay organized in our small office.
