People often get confused finding us at Gayatrinagar Colony in Peerzadiguda. We are over here at House Number 16-143, tucked away in the Uppal Post area. It is a quiet residential spot where Prakash and Sarma usually handle things. Most days start with the sound of the neighborhood waking up. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular place where we get the work done. The traffic around Hyderabad can be a mess, so we appreciate when folks actually make it here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at the computer screens. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to wait it out. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. It feels more like a home than a big corporate building because, well, it basically is. We handle the Air India stuff right from this desk. There are always papers piling up and tea cups sitting around. It is a simple setup. Nothing fancy. We have been in this part of the city for a while now. You see the same faces walking by every day. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city center, but it works for us. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes through Peerzadiguda. There is a small shop around the corner where we get our biscuits. It’s just how we do things here.
