Sitting over here on Medchal Road near the Suchitra junction means we see a lot of trucks and heavy traffic throughout the day. Our office is in the Satyam Block which is part of Rama Raju Nagar. It is not the most quiet place in Hyderabad because of the main road right outside but it is very convenient for people coming from the outskirts. The building 203 is easy to spot once you get past the main signal. We spend a lot of time answering phones and dealing with people who are looking for information about Air India. The office inside is pretty straightforward with desks and computers and not much else. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the lobby when a lot of people show up at once. We have a few shops around us where we go to get lunch or a quick snack during the break. The heat can be quite a lot in the afternoons because of the way the sun hits the front of the block. We have been here for some time and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit with more buildings going up every year. It used to be much quieter around here but now it is a major hub. We just keep doing our work and making sure the files are organized and the visitors know where to go. It is a basic setup for such a big name and we just try to keep things moving along every day without too much trouble.
