Aerowings Travel & Cargo Agency is located at 9-4-97/2 in Hakeem Sha Colony, right near the Mini Brindavan Colony in Toli Chowki. It is a good neighborhood in Hyderabad, and we have been here at this address for a long time. Our work is split between booking travel for people and handling cargo. The office is often a bit of a mess with boxes waiting to be shipped and stacks of travel documents on the desks. It is a practical place, not a fancy one. We have a small scale for weighing packages and a few computers for checking flights. Toli Chowki is always busy, and we get a lot of people walking in to send stuff to their families abroad. We have to be very careful with the cargo paperwork because any mistake can cause a lot of delays. It is a lot of responsibility, but we are used to it. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know how to get things done. Sometimes we are running around trying to get a package out on time or sorting out a last-minute flight change. It is never a dull day here. We are just local people serving the local community. We know the routes and the shipping rules, and we just do the job day after day. It is hard work but we are glad to be here.
