Aegis

Our place is located right near the old Golconda Fort at 9-10-224/5 in Rethi Gally. Being so close to the fort means there are always tourists and visitors around, but Rethi Gally itself is more of a local lane where people live and work. It’s in the 500008 area of Hyderabad. The building we are in is a bit older, fitting in with the historical feel of the whole neighborhood. We don’t have a shiny modern office with glass walls. It’s more of a practical work space where we get our daily tasks done. Most days it’s just the sound of the traffic and the local vendors selling things outside. We’ve been here for a while, and most of the people around know who we are. It’s a small operation here at Aegis. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything fancy like that. We just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of the old cables in this part of town, but we manage to get by. It’s a very grounded way to work. We like being near the fort, even if it gets really crowded on the weekends. There’s a certain feel to this part of Hyderabad that you just don't get in the newer parts of the city. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate look. We just want to do our job well and then go home.
