Our office is in Kothagudem, right in Madura Basthi. If you know where the Head Post Office is, you can’t miss us because we are directly opposite to it. The building number is 9-3-155. It’s a bit of a crowded street, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to mail letters or pay bills. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now. Khammam can get really hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and people on computers or phones. We handle various BPO tasks, mostly back-office stuff that keeps things running for our clients. It isn’t a high-rise building with glass windows, just a standard local setup. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we manage. Most of the staff live nearby, so they walk or take a bike to work. We don’t have a big HR department or a cafeteria, usually, we just go out to the local tea stall for a break. People in the neighborhood know us as the computer office. We try to keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a quiet life here compared to the big cities like Hyderabad. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some notes taped to the monitors.
