Aegis Bpo Ltd

Aegis Bpo Ltd is located out in Mirzapoor Village. Our house number is 6-24, and we are part of the Birkoor Mandal in Nizamabad district. It’s a bit different running a BPO from a village compared to the big cities like Hyderabad or Delhi. Things move a little slower here, but the work still needs to get done. We have a small team from the local area. Most of us know each other or are from the nearby villages. It’s not a fancy glass building with air conditioning in every corner. It’s more of a community-based setup where we handle calls and data. The internet can be tricky sometimes in Nizamabad, but we've figured out how to make it work for us. We started this because there wasn't much work around here for people who wanted to stay close to home. Now, we just show up at H.No:6-24 every morning and get to it. The surroundings are mostly fields and local houses. It’s quiet most of the time, which is nice for a workplace. We don’t have a big HR department or a cafeteria. Usually, we just bring our own lunch and eat together. It’s an honest living. We take pride in the fact that a village like Mirzapoor can host a business like ours. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It feels good to be part of the local economy.
