Our setup is located in apartment 201 of the Vijayashree Apartments in Upparpally. It’s in the Hyderguda area of Hyderabad, which is a fairly busy residential and commercial mix. Working out of an apartment building gives things a much more personal feel than a giant office tower. We handle a lot of the payroll and human resources tasks for Adp Pvt Ltd,Hyderabad, India from this location. It’s mostly just rows of desks with people on their computers or talking on headsets. The atmosphere is pretty steady and focused. We don’t have any fancy decorations, just the essentials for getting the work done every day. The parking at the apartments can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but we make it work. We’ve been here for a while and have a good routine down. The staff often takes breaks in the common areas or goes out to the local stalls for some tea. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the fans and air conditioning are always running. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just making sure the data is processed correctly and people get what they need. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. Being in Upparpally means we are away from the main traffic of the city center, which is a nice change of pace for us. It’s just a regular workplace in a regular building here in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. We just keep things moving along.
