Abidi'S Kitchen Private Limited

We run Abidi'S Kitchen Private Limited from Flat No. 307 in Palace View Apartments. We’re located on Road No 2 in Banjara Hills, which is part of the Khairtabad area. It’s a well-known part of town, and we’ve been here for a bit. The kitchen is our main focus. It’s tucked away in the apartment, so it doesn't feel like a big commercial operation. We prefer it that way. It feels more like home. We spend a lot of time preparing ingredients and getting recipes right. It’s just a small group of us working here. We don’t have a big corporate office or a lot of staff in suits. Usually, we’re just in our aprons dealing with the heat from the stoves. Banjara Hills is a busy place, and there’s always something happening on Road No 2. We can see the traffic from the windows sometimes. We started this kitchen because we just liked cooking. It wasn't about a big business plan. We just do what we know how to do. Some days are stressful when there are too many things to do at once, but we manage. We handle our own deliveries and shopping. It’s a lot of physical work, but it’s satisfying in its own way. We’re just local people doing what we can in a nice neighborhood.
