Aalankrita Resorts, Hyderabad

Even though the resort itself is a bit of a drive away, our main office for Aalankrita is right here in Narayanguda. We’re located in the Premier Plaza building, specifically on the third floor. It’s right in the middle of Vittalwadi, which is always crowded with people and scooters. Working in this part of Hyderabad is interesting because you’re close to everything. Our office is where we handle the bookings, the marketing stuff, and all the boring paperwork that keeps a resort running. It’s often quite noisy with the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. The team here is small. We spend a lot of time on the phone explaining directions or checking dates for people. It’s not a high-tech setup, just some computers and a lot of notebooks. We usually get tea from the small shop downstairs twice a day. It’s a bit of a routine now. Some days are stressful when the resort is full and everyone is calling at once, but we manage. We don’t have a fancy lobby here in the plaza. It’s just an office with people working hard. We’ve been here for a long time and we know the area well. It’s a practical place to be based, even if it’s far from the greenery of the actual resort. We just focus on the work and making sure the guests have what they need for their stay.
