Our business, A N Restaurants Llp, is situated on the ground floor of the Amar Jyothi Building. The address is Plot No. 502B on Road number 31 in Jubilee Hills, Shaikpet. It’s a very active part of Hyderabad with a lot of traffic and people moving about. We’ve been running things from this spot for a while now. It’s an LLP, so there’s a small group of us managing the daily operations. We aren't a massive chain; it’s just this one location where we put in all our effort. The ground floor space is practical for getting things in and out. Most of our time is spent in the kitchen or at the back handling the logistics of the restaurant. We deal with the usual stuff like broken equipment or late food deliveries. Jubilee Hills is a bit of a high-end area, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. We don't use any flashy language to describe what we do. We just open the doors, prep the food, and serve whoever comes in. It’s a lot of hours, often late into the night. We handle our own paperwork and manage the staff as best as we can. Some days are stressful when it gets too crowded, but we just manage it one table at a time. It’s a real, local business with real people behind the counter.
