1947 Southern Foods Llp is located at 49 1 135E 1 Gunadalarevenue Ward 1. The name 1947 is a little nod to the past, but we don’t really make a big deal out of it in our daily work. We just liked how it sounded when we started. We focus on southern foods, which is really just what we know and grew up with. Our setup is quite simple. We have a dedicated space where we handle the products and a small corner for the computer and paperwork. It stays pretty busy most days of the week. We have a few staff members who have been with us since the very beginning, which makes things easier. We aren't trying to become some massive national chain or anything. We just like making food that people want to eat and getting it delivered on time. Sometimes the orders pile up and all of us, including the owners, have to jump in to get things packed and shipped. It can be a bit tiring, but it feels good when the last box goes out. The neighborhood in Gunadala is fine, though the roads can be a bit rough for the delivery vans. We don't have a marketing team or people to write speeches. We just tell it like it is. If a batch isn't right, we don't send it out. We’ve had some tough months, but we’re still here. It’s about being careful with the bills and working hard. We are just regular people running a business.
