We are located at 18-6-488, right outside Gowlipura in the Chatrinaka area of Hyderabad. It is a very old part of the city and the lanes are quite narrow around here. Our shop is just a small space where we do our daily business. We don't have a big sign or anything fancy like that. Most people who come to us are neighbors who live in the same block or just a few streets away. It gets very crowded during the festivals, and sometimes it's hard to even get to the door. We handle a bit of everything here, whatever the locals need help with. The building is old and it has that specific smell of Hyderabad dust and tea. We sit on plastic chairs and talk to everyone who walks in. It’s not a corporate office with air conditioning and fancy carpets. It’s just a place where work gets done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just wait it out. We’ve been in this spot for years and everyone knows where the Chatrinaka gate is. We don't really use the internet for much other than the basics. It’s a simple life running a business in this part of town. We open up in the morning and stay until the sun goes down and the street lights come on. It’s just how things go for us here. We don't make it more complicated than it is.
