We are set up in Ft 206 on the second floor of the Amina Complex. It’s in 'A' Block over in Uppal. Being a BPO means there is always a lot of noise, with people talking and headsets buzzing all day and night. The Amina Complex is a busy spot, and sometimes the lift takes a while to get up to the second floor, so many of us just take the stairs. Uppal is a fast-growing area, and you can see the changes every time you look out the window. Our space is filled with rows of desks and computers, and it’s usually pretty bright inside. We don’t have much in the way of fancy decorations, just the stuff we need to get the work done. There is a small area where we keep the kettle and some snacks for when shifts get long. Sometimes the power flinches and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is always a bit of a moment. We aren't trying to be anything other than a hardworking group of people handling calls and data. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. If you head over to 'A' Block and find the Amina Complex, you’ll find us there, likely busy with a headset on or typing out a report. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but we keep the energy up and the work moving forward every single day.
