Our office is located at 4-1-537/1, inside the building called Vali Villa on Urdu Lane. If you know Troop Bazar, you know how crowded it can get around here with all the shops and people moving about. We are right in the middle of that Hyderabad bustle. This place is a BPO, so there are always people coming in for different shifts at all hours of the day and night. The lane is narrow, and sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to find a good parking spot nearby. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of computers and people wearing headsets. It sounds like a constant hum of talking and typing. We do a lot of back-office stuff and handle customer calls for different companies. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because of all the machines. We have a small area where staff can take a break and eat their lunch. Sometimes the power flutters, but the generators kick in pretty fast. Being in Troop Bazar means we are close to everything, but it also means it is never quiet. We have been operating out of Vali Villa for some time. Most of the staff live nearby or take the bus to get here. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of the tasks we get assigned every day. It works for us.
