We operate out of F-4 in Sri Sai Avenue. This is located in Balaji Colony, which is in the Neredmet area of Sainikpuri, Secunderabad. Our pin code is 500094. We are a facility management company, which basically means we take care of all the small and big things that keep buildings running. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it is necessary. Our office is a simple one. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of logbooks. People are always coming and going, either heading out to a site or coming back to report on something. Secunderabad is a bit more relaxed than Hyderabad, but it still gets busy. Balaji Colony is a nice enough place to be based. We have some good neighbors and a small park nearby. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just do our jobs and people seem to notice. Sometimes we have meetings around a small table to figure out the schedule for the week. The office can get a bit cluttered with tools or supplies sometimes. We try to stay organized, but it’s a busy life. There’s always a tap that needs fixing or a security issue to look at somewhere. We just handle it one day at a time from our base here in Sainikpuri. It’s a decent living and we keep at it.
