Vipul Facility Management

Vipul Facility Management operates out of Flat 202 in B-Block-93 of the Dwarakamayee Apartments. We’re located in Bhagyanagar Colony, which is part of the Kukatpally area in Hyderabad. It’s a residential building, so our office feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have a few desks set up in the main rooms, and there are always boxes of supplies or tools sitting in the corners. Our work is mostly about managing maintenance and services for other properties, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or coordinating with different workers. It’s not the kind of place where we have fancy meetings or big displays. Most days involve just sitting at the computers and making sure everyone is where they’re supposed to be. The apartment can get a bit cramped when we have everyone in at once, and the kitchen is always busy with someone making tea. Since we’re in a colony, we have to be mindful of the neighbors and keep the noise down. The parking in Kukatpally is always a bit of a gamble, so most of us just walk or take the bus. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door so people know they’re in the right place. It’s a very simple operation where we just focus on getting the daily tasks done without any extra polish or unnecessary talk. We’re just a small local team trying to keep things running.
