We are situated at S4 in the V.N.R Residency over in G.K Colony. It’s part of R.K Puram in Hyderabad, zip code 500091. Being in a residential building means it stays pretty calm compared to the main city. We have our setup inside and we keep things pretty organized because that’s the nature of lab work. The walls are plain and we have a lot of equipment that needs to stay cool. The colony is nice, lots of trees around, so the walk from the bus stop isn't too bad unless it's raining hard and the roads get muddy. We’ve got a small group of people working here. Everyone knows each other well. We don't really do much talking about big goals or anything, we just focus on the samples and the data in front of us. It’s a lot of sitting and checking things. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to get through. The security guard at the gate knows us all by name. It’s not a huge facility, just a few rooms where we get the job done. We drink coffee from the machine in the corner and try to keep the noise down for the neighbors living upstairs. It’s a steady kind of life here in G.K Colony. We don't have a front desk person, so if the bell rings, whoever is free goes to answer the door.
