United World Travel is located at 1-5-295, Sarwar Manzil in Musheerabad. This building has been here for quite some time, and you can see it in the architecture and the way the stairs are worn down. Musheerabad is always alive with people and traffic, so it can be quite a struggle just to get to the front door some mornings. Once you are inside Sarwar Manzil, it feels a bit more secluded. Our office isn't very big. We have posters of different countries on the walls, most of them a little faded from the sun coming through the windows. We sit here and help people plan their trips, mostly over the phone or with people who walk in from the street. It’s a lot of checking schedules and trying to find the best routes. We don't use any fancy systems, just the usual stuff that gets the job done. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three people walk in at once and the phone starts ringing off the hook. We just handle it one by one. There is a small tea stall nearby that we visit way too often. It’s just a regular Hyderabad business. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the world, just a reliable place where people in Musheerabad can come to get their travel sorted out without any hidden complications or big corporate talk. We keep the ledgers by hand and talk to everyone who enters.
