Umcc Hospitality

We are Umcc Hospitality, based out of the Umcc Residence in Gujalaramvram, which is over in the Jeddmetlla area of Hyderabad. It is a bit of a trek for some people to get here, but it is where we decided to set up. We are care of K. Arjun, who has been around this part of town for a long time. Hospitality is basically just taking care of people and making sure they have what they need when they stay with us. We spend a lot of our time cleaning, prepping rooms, and checking on the little things. The Jeddmetlla side of town has its own kind of vibe. It is not the busy city center, which we actually like quite a bit. It feels more grounded and real here. Sometimes the heavy rains make the roads a bit messy, but that is just life in Hyderabad. We have a small team working here. Most of us have been working together for quite a bit of time now. We do not do things in a fancy or high-tech way. We just do them right. There is always someone arriving or leaving, so the residence stays pretty lively throughout the week. We try to keep the place tidy for everyone. It is a lot of manual work, honestly. We are not using any big corporate systems or software. We just use our heads and talk to each other to get things done. If a light bulb needs changing or a room needs a good scrub, we just get to it. It is a simple operation. We live and work in the same community, so we see the same faces at the local market every day. It is a practical way to live. We just keep the doors open and do what we can.
