We operate out of Sanathnagar in Hyderabad, at H.No 7-2-830/1. It’s a busy industrial and residential mix around here. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle travel arrangements. It’s not a travel agency with posters of beaches everywhere. It’s more of a functional space with desks, maps, and a lot of phone lines. We spend the day talking to people about where they need to go and how to get them there. It can get a bit chaotic when there are delays or changes, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to make sure the bookings are right. The staff here is pretty down-to-earth. We share snacks and talk about our own travel stories during breaks. Sanathnagar is a good spot for us because it’s central to a lot of our clients. We’ve been in this building for a bit, and it suits our needs just fine. There is no corporate manual on how we should talk; we just speak normally to whoever calls or walks in. It’s a regular office with regular people doing their jobs. We keep it simple and try to stay on top of the schedule every single day. The view from the window is just the street, but it keeps us connected to the city bustle.
