You can find us on the 4th floor of Surabhi Avenue, in flat 303. The building is 3-6-180 in Hyderguda, right next to St. Paul’s School. It is a very busy part of Hyderabad, especially in the mornings when the kids are being dropped off. Our office is a simple place with a few computers and stacks of travel documents everywhere. We spend most of our time on the phone, talking to airlines or trying to fix someone’s hotel booking. There are posters of different cities on the walls, but they have been there so long the edges are starting to curl. It is not a big, fancy agency with a lot of staff. There is just a few of us here. We know the building well, including which days the lift is likely to be out of service. On those days, the four flights of stairs are quite a workout. We get a lot of people dropping by because we are so close to the school and other offices. It is a lot of repetitive work, checking dates and times over and over to make sure no mistakes are made. We do not have a flashy website or big ads. Most of our work comes from people who have been coming to us for years. We just keep our heads down and deal with the tickets and the itineraries. It is a plain, functional office for a plain, functional business without any drama.
