Travel Agent

We are located on the ground floor over at Punjagutta. The address is 8-2-231/23/1, which is where Touch Tours & Travels sits. It's a busy spot in Hyderabad. We spend our days looking at maps and booking things for people. The office is pretty simple. We have some desks, chairs, and a few computers that have seen better days. People walk in from the street and ask about tickets or tours. We just tell them what we know. There's no script or anything fancy like that. We've been working in travel for a long time, so we have a good idea of how things move. Punjagutta is always full of traffic, so we hear the horns all day. It’s just part of being here. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It's just a room where we get work done. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the brochures and papers everywhere. We try to keep it sorted, but it's a busy job. Most of our customers are locals from the 500082 area. We treat everyone the same and just try to be honest about the prices and times. If a flight is delayed, we tell you. We don't try to sugarcoat things. It's just a small travel agency run by people who live in the city. We take our lunches together and just try to make sure everyone who comes in gets what they need.
