Transport Reservation Executive

I work out of a house in Karmika Nagar, Yousuf Guda. The address is H.No 8-3-228/678/630/A, which is a bit of a mouthful if you are trying to tell someone over the phone. Being a Transport Reservation Executive here in Hyderabad means I spend a lot of time managing vehicles and schedules from this home office. This part of the city, near Hyd-45, is always bustling. There are drivers coming in and out, and the phone is usually buzzing with people asking for pick-ups or complaining about delays. It is not a shiny corporate office in a high-rise. It is just a room with a desk, a couple of landlines, and a lot of maps and schedules pinned to the wall. The neighborhood of Karmika Nagar is quite packed, so there is always some noise from the street. I have my ledger where I write everything down because sometimes the digital systems are too much of a headache. I have been doing this for a while now. It is about making sure the cars are where they should be. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, like a flat tire or a traffic jam in Yousuf Guda. But you just deal with it and move on to the next booking. It is a simple operation run by real people who know the roads around here. It gets busy, especially during the holidays, but we just keep at it day by day.
