Tirumala Cabs

Tirumala Cabs is based out of a ground floor spot in Mallepally. The address is House Number 11-3-880, right here in Hyderabad 500001. Being on the ground floor is handy because drivers are always coming and going. There’s a lot of movement all day long. We have a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for their assignments. The walls have maps pinned to them, though most everyone uses their phones now. It’s a bit dusty because the door stays open to the street a lot. We’ve been in this part of Mallepally for quite some time. The neighborhood is loud and busy, but that’s good for a cab business. We don't have any shiny brochures or a fancy waiting room. It’s just a desk, some phones, and a bunch of keys. The person at the front desk usually has a radio going in the background. We know most of our regular drivers by their first names and their favorite tea stalls. It’s a very local operation. We don’t try to act like a big corporate entity. We’re just a small office trying to keep the cars moving and the schedules on track. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to do everything by hand, which is a bit of a mess, but we get through it. It’s just the reality of running a small business in the city. We keep it real and get things done.
