Ticketing

Ticketing. We are located at 16-7-299 in Azampura, right near Chaderghat in Hyderabad. It is a small shop that sits on a very busy road. We have been here for a long time. People from the neighborhood come in to book their bus tickets or ask about train timings. We have one old computer that we use for everything. It is usually quite loud outside with the autos and motorcycles zooming by. We don't have any fancy decorations. There are just some calendars on the wall and some plastic chairs for customers. My cousin helps me out during the evenings when it gets really busy. We don't do any big advertising. Most people just walk in because they live nearby or their friend told them about us. We try to find the best routes for everyone, but sometimes the systems are slow and we just have to sit and wait. It is a small business and we like it that way. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. We stay open until late at night because that is when most people have time to come by after their own jobs. It is just a simple place to get your travel sorted without any fuss. We don't have a website or anything like that. You just have to come to Azampura and look for the door. We are usually there.
