Thomas Cook

Our workplace is at Hno: 32-628 in Halcolony, which is a fairly quiet part of Hyderabad compared to the main hubs. Thomas Cook has been operating from this house for a while, and it feels more like a home than a typical business office. We have rooms dedicated to our paperwork and desks where we sit to handle the daily travel arrangements. It is a modest setup, but it works well for us. There are trees outside and the street doesn't get too much heavy traffic, which is nice when we are trying to concentrate. We don't have any flashy signs or massive advertisements on the building. Most people find us because they know the area or have been told where we are. Every day starts pretty much the same way with the team arriving and sharing a quick tea before getting to work. It is a very relaxed atmosphere here. We don't really go for the corporate look. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it isn't a priority right now. We prefer focusing on the actual work we have to do for our clients. Halcolony is a friendly neighborhood, and we often see the same people walking past every morning. It feels good to be part of a local community rather than being stuck in a cold office building downtown. It’s just how we like to do things.
