We’re located over in Ganesh Nagar, which is part of Ramanthapur in Hyderabad. Our place is at H.No. 3-12-21/C. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the other side of the city, but it’s a good spot for us. We handle a lot of travel stuff, mostly helping people get their papers and money sorted for trips. The office is small and tucked away. We don’t have those big flashy posters you see in malls. It’s just a regular building where we sit and work. There’s always someone coming in to ask about exchange rates or tickets. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the head office or airlines. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, which is annoying but we manage. We’ve got a few chairs for people to sit while we look things up. It’s mostly just us working through the piles of forms. We try to keep things moving so no one has to wait too long. Ramanthapur is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street. We usually have a small radio playing in the background. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We just wear regular clothes and get on with the day. People around here know us by name now. We’ve been at this spot for a while and it suits us fine. There is a small tea shop nearby where we usually go when things get too quiet.
