Our office is located right in the Church Compound area of Khammam. If you know the neighborhood, it’s a pretty easy spot to find at H.No.5-1-248. It’s not like the huge offices you see in big cities like Hyderabad or Mumbai. We are a smaller team here, focusing on helping people around town with their travel needs. Most days, we are busy with foreign exchange or helping someone figure out their visa paperwork for a trip abroad. The street outside can get a bit loud during the day, especially with the local traffic, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of us typing or talking on the phone. We’ve got a few desks and some posters on the walls showing different places, but we spend most of our time looking at computer screens. People from all over Khammam come in, some just wanting to know how much a dollar is worth today. We know many of our regulars by name. It’s a friendly atmosphere, nothing too stiff. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes things take a bit longer, but we manage. We aren't trying to be anything flashy. We just open up in the morning, do our best to get the tickets and currency sorted, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s steady work and we like being part of the local community here near the church. It can get dusty in the summer months, but we just keep the door shut and keep working.
