The Residence, Hyderabad

We are located in the S M Modi Complex over in the Ranigunj area of Secunderabad. It’s near Karbaal Maidan and not too far from Necklace Road. The Residence is basically a place for people to stay when they are in town for business or visiting family. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and small businesses around us. Our building is part of a larger complex, so there is always something going on nearby. We have rooms that are plain and simple. People come here because it’s a central spot to get to other parts of Hyderabad or Secunderabad. We don't have a big fancy restaurant, just some basic stuff. The staff here has been working together for a long time, so we know how to handle the daily routine. Sometimes the water pressure isn't great, or the air conditioning makes a bit of noise, but we try to fix things when guests tell us. It’s an older building, so it needs a bit of looking after. We spend our days checking people in and out and making sure the rooms are ready. It’s not a luxury place, just a practical spot for travelers. The street outside can get very crowded with vehicles, especially in the evenings. We just keep our doors open and take care of the folks who choose to stay with us.
