The Grand Solitaire

You can find us at H.No. 1-9-638 in Vidya Nagar, right here in Hyderabad. The area is usually pretty busy with students and local traffic, so there’s always a bit of a buzz outside our doors. We’ve been operating from this location for a while now. The building has its own character, with some old-fashioned bits and some newer parts too. We spend our mornings checking in on everything and making sure the place is ready for the day's events. It’s a lot of physical work, moving chairs around or checking the kitchen supplies. We don't have a big corporate office elsewhere; this is it. The staff is mostly local people who know the Vidya Nagar streets well. Sometimes we have big groups coming in, and that’s when things get really hectic, but we just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves because we’re just a local business trying to keep things going. The phone rings a lot with people asking for directions or wanting to know if we have space. We try to be direct and honest with everyone. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we run out of something or a lightbulb flickers, but we fix it and move on to the next thing. That’s just the way it works here in our corner of Hyderabad.
