Territory Specialist Cum Team Leader

Our workspace is right in the middle of Khairatabad, at 6-3-1247/247. It is directly opposite Raj Bhavan, so there is always a lot of security and traffic around our building. It’s a very busy part of Hyderabad. We are up here in Raj Nagar, and from the window, you can see the cars crawling along the main road. The name Territory Specialist Cum Team Leader might sound a bit like a job title because that is basically how the office is structured around the leadership we have here. We handle a lot of coordination and management tasks from this small base. It’s not a huge office floor, just a few rooms where we get together to plan out the week. It gets quite noisy because of the location, but you get used to the honking after a few days. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know the landmark of the governor’s house. Inside, it’s just desks, some whiteboards with notes scribbled on them, and a lot of half-empty water bottles. We spend a lot of time on calls, talking to people in different territories and making sure the teams know what they are doing. It’s a lot of logistics and talking. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just keeping the operations running smoothly from this corner of the city. We usually finish up late when the traffic finally starts to thin out a little bit in the evening.
