Telemarketing

Our office is located at 40 A/B Rohitcorner in Dayananda Nagar. It’s right there in Malkajnagar, Secunderabad. We’ve been operating Telemarketing from this spot for a good bit of time now. If you walk in, you’ll hear a lot of talking because that is just the nature of what we do here. It is a bit noisy sometimes with everyone on the phones at once, but we are used to it by now. The space isn’t huge, but it fits the desks and the equipment we need to reach out to people. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation with glass walls and expensive furniture. We are just local folks working the lines every day. Some of us have been here since the start. Malkajnagar is a decent area to work in, and being at Rohitcorner makes it easy for the staff to get to work on time. We take our breaks together and talk about things other than work just to clear our heads. It’s a job that requires a lot of patience, honestly. People on the other end of the phone aren't always happy to hear from us, but we just keep going and try to be polite. We stay organized with our lists and our schedules as best as we can. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We call people, we talk to them, and we see if they need anything.
