Telecaller

You can find us at 40 A&B Rohit Corner, which is in Dayananda Nagar in the Mallikajgiri area of Hyderabad. It’s a busy little corner of the city, and we are right in the middle of it. Our work is pretty simple: we sit at our desks with our phones and make calls all day long. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The office is usually full of the sound of people talking and the occasional ringtone. We have a lot of headsets lying around and stacks of call lists that we need to get through. Mallikajgiri is a place where there is always something going on, so the street noise can be a bit much sometimes, but we’re used to it. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big breakroom. Usually, we just grab some food from the local stalls nearby when we have a minute. It’s a small operation, just a handful of us trying to meet our daily targets. Some calls go well and others don't, but that’s just how it is for a telecaller. We try to keep a positive attitude even when it’s been a long afternoon. The building itself is a standard one, nothing that stands out too much from the outside. We’re just here to do the job and go home to our families at the end of the shift. It's honest work and we do it steadily.
