Tele Calling

Our setup is based in a house in Nacharam, specifically at Hno.4-5-18/2 in the Errakunta area. It is the home of Tony Francis, and we have dedicated a portion of it to our tele calling work. Because it is a residential area, it feels very different from a typical office park. We have a few lines set up and several of us spend our hours making calls and talking to people on the other end. It is a lot of conversation throughout the day. The room we work in is simple, with just the basic equipment we need to do the job. You can often hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like the local vendors or birds, coming through the window. We do not have any big company perks or fancy meeting rooms. We usually just sit around the kitchen table when we need to discuss something. It is a small, tight-knit group, and we have been working together like this for a while. We do not use scripts that sound like robots; we just talk to people as they are. The work can be tiring, but we manage it by taking small breaks and keeping the mood light. We are not trying to be some massive corporation. We are just a small group of people in Nacharam doing our daily tasks and making sure the calls get made. It is a very local, practical way to earn a living without any pretension.
