Technical Support Engineer

I am working as a Technical Support Engineer over in Shamshabad, specifically at Plot No: 92/B in Madhura Nagar. This part of the R.R. District is growing quite fast, mainly because it’s so close to the airport. The setup here is pretty basic. It is mostly a desk, a laptop, and a whole lot of cables and tools for fixing whatever technical issues come up. Being in technical support means that my schedule can be a bit unpredictable. One day I might be sitting and doing remote troubleshooting, and the next day I’m out trying to fix a hardware problem that nobody can figure out. Madhura Nagar is a decent place to work from, even if the commute can be a bit long depending on where you are coming from. The pin code is 501218, just in case anyone is looking for the exact spot. It isn't a big company with a HR department or a fancy cafeteria. It is just me and sometimes a few others handling the technical side of things for people who need help. I don't really have a sales pitch. If something is broken, I try to fix it. If it’s a software glitch, I spend time figuring out the workaround. It’s just straightforward technical work without any of the extra polish you get in the big city offices.
