Team Member/Team Coordinater

We are based in a place called Ramaswammy Thanda, which is in the Podaralla Palli post area. This is in the Mudigubba Mandal of Anantapur district in Andhra Pradesh. The pin code is 515154. Our work involves coordination and team management for local projects. It is a rural area, so things aren't as fast as they are in the city. S. K. Jemla Naik is the one leading things here. We don't have a big office building. We usually meet under the shade of a tree or in a small room to talk about what needs to be done. It’s very much about the community and the people living here. We don't use corporate jargon or have long meetings that don't go anywhere. We just figure out who is doing what and then we go do it. The weather in Anantapur can be very dry and hot, so we try to get most of our outdoor work done early in the morning. Everyone knows everyone else in the Thanda, so there is no need for fancy titles or business cards. We just help each other out and keep things moving. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s how we have always done things. We are just local people trying to make things work for the team. It is honest work and we are glad to be part of this community.
