Tandoor Restaurant, Hyderabad

We are located over in Malkajgiri at Plot Number 124 in Santos Colony. It’s a bit of a residential area, so we get a lot of families coming in from around the neighborhood. The kitchen stays busy with the tandoor oven going most of the day, and it gets pretty warm in the back. We started this place because we wanted to have a good spot for people in Secunderabad-56 to get a meal without traveling too far. The building isn't anything special, but we keep it clean and the food is always fresh. Sometimes the service is a little slow when we have too many orders at once, but we try to keep up as best as we can. We don't have a big corporate team, just the cooks and a few of us waiting tables. We’ve been in Santos Colony for a while now and we know most of the people who walk through the door. It’s a friendly place where you might see your neighbor at the next table. We don't spend money on big ads, we just focus on making the food taste like it should. The street outside can get a bit narrow with parked bikes, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We are just happy to be here serving the local crowd and keeping the tandoor hot. It’s a simple life, but we like the work and the people we meet every day. There is always something to clean or a new batch of dough to prepare for the evening.
