Our office is in New Nallakunta, right there in Sundaram Mansion. It is Flat No-2, on the 2-2-1119/3 plot. If you are in Hyderabad and looking for HR help, you might end up at our door eventually. The building is an older one, but it has a bit of character and the neighbors are friendly. Inside the flat, we have turned the different rooms into small interview spaces. There is always the sound of someone talking on the phone or a printer running in the background. We spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people about their careers and what they want to do next. It is not a high-tech corporate hub, just a group of us sitting around desks trying to match people with jobs that fit them. Sometimes the elevator in the mansion is out of service, so we get our exercise on the stairs. We have a small table for visitors to sit at while they wait, and there is usually a stack of newspapers and some old magazines. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do here. We just help companies find staff and help people find work. It gets pretty hectic around lunch time when everyone is trying to finish their calls before the break. The neighborhood has some good food spots, so we usually head out for a quick bite together. It is a steady life here.
