Swagath Residency

Our place is located at H.No 2-38/S/68 in Miyapur. We are pretty close to Stalin Nagar in Hyderabad. The building stays busy most of the time because people are always coming and going. Since we are Swagath Residency, we spend a lot of our time making sure the rooms are ready and everything is working like it should. It is not a huge corporate setup or anything like that. It is more of a local spot where things are handled by a small group of us. Sometimes the phones ring more than we expect and we have to jump around to answer them. The street outside can get a bit noisy with the auto rickshaws and the local traffic passing by all day. We have been here for a good while and we know the delivery guys and the shopkeepers nearby. When things break, we just fix them ourselves or call the guy down the street. It is a lot of practical work like checking linens or talking to people about their stay. We do not have any big fancy speeches about what we do. We just open the doors every morning and get to work. The lobby is simple and we keep a few chairs there for people to sit while they wait. It is just how things go for a small business in this part of town.
