Supervisior

Being out here in Nalgonda District has its own pace. We are located right on J.P Road in Nereducherla. It’s a small place, so if you miss the turn, you might end up way past us before you realize it. The address is 508218, which is pretty much where everything happens in this town. Most mornings start with a bit of dust and the sound of tractors passing by. We aren’t a big operation by any means. It’s just a few of us here at Supervisior trying to keep things organized. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a standard spot on the road where we’ve set up shop. Sometimes it gets really quiet in the afternoons when the sun is high, and everything seems to slow down for a bit. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just making sure the paperwork is in order for whatever comes through next. Dealing with the local weather is probably our biggest challenge, as it gets quite dry around here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and us. People stop by to chat or ask directions because we are right there on the main stretch. It’s a simple life in Nereducherla, and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We just do the work and go home when the sun sets.
