Subway

We are located over in Chaitanya Puri, right there at 1-6-82/1 in Hyderabad. It’s a busy area, lots of people moving around all day. This Subway is where we spend most of our time behind the counter, getting things ready. It gets pretty warm in Hyderabad, so we keep the fans going. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for what needs to happen. We see a lot of the same faces coming in from the neighborhood. Some people are in a big rush, others take their time. We just try to keep up with the pace. The shop stays open pretty late most nights. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, especially during rush hour, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been at this spot for a bit. It’s a decent location for us. There’s always something to clean or move around. We don't really talk about big goals or anything like that. We just show up, open the doors, and work until it’s time to go home. Hyderabad is a big city, but Chaitanya Puri feels a bit more like home once you’ve been here long enough. We know which tiles are loose and which light bulbs flicker sometimes. It’s just a normal workplace. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. Just a shop in a busy part of town doing what we can. Nothing fancy about it at all. It is what it is. We are here from morning till night.
