Our office is on the second floor of Sai Krishna Towers, specifically Flat 204. We are right in Bhagyanagar Colony in the Kukatpally area of Hyderabad. It’s a busy part of town, especially being right opposite Kphb. If you’ve ever tried to drive through this part of Andhra Pradesh, you know how crowded it can get. We run Star Line Travels from here, and it’s basically where all the trip planning happens. We spend our days looking at maps, checking bus and train timings, and trying to find the best routes for people. The office is usually full of travel brochures and stacks of tickets that need to be sorted. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well. We aren’t a big travel agency with a storefront on the ground floor; we’re up in the tower, which is a bit quieter for doing the actual work. People usually call us or just drop by when they are in the colony. We try to be helpful and give real advice about where to go and what to avoid. It’s not about selling the most expensive package, it’s about making sure the trip actually works out for the person traveling. We’ve been in Hyderabad for quite a while and we plan on staying right here in Kukatpally for the foreseeable future. We really like helping people see new places.
