Staff Nurse

Out here in Narasayapalem, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. We’re located in the Bapatla Mandal of Guntur District. This isn’t a big company or a corporate office, it’s just us providing nursing and healthcare help to the people around here. We’re often out visiting patients in their homes or working long shifts at the clinic. The office is just a small room where we keep our supplies and medical records. It’s got a couple of chairs and a medicine cabinet that we keep locked. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit to reach the more remote parts of the district. The roads aren't always great, especially when it rains heavily during the monsoon. We don’t have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who care about the work. We know most of our patients by their first names. It’s more about helping the community than anything else. We often have people stopping by just to ask for some quick advice or get their blood pressure checked. It can be very tiring work, but it’s what we do. We don’t have fancy equipment, just the essential tools for basic care. The building we’re in is modest, painted white with a small porch out front. We spend a lot of time on our feet. Life in Guntur is simple, and we try to keep our work that way too.
