S.S. Oceanic, Pullmantur Cruises

We operate out of House No 3-9-35 in Ramdas Gardens. It’s a residential street in Secunderabad. You wouldn't think a cruise-related business like S.S. Oceanic and Pullmantur Cruises would be based in a house, but here we are. This is a quiet neighborhood with a lot of trees. A few rooms in the house serve as our desks and file storage. Most of our day is spent dealing with travel arrangements and talking to people about the sea, even though we are quite far from the coast here in Telangana. The neighbors are used to us being around now. There isn't a big sign out front, just the house number on the gate. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the house next door, though we sorted that out recently. Our operation is pretty small. We have a couple of computers that have seen better days. We handle the bookings and try to answer all the questions that come in over the phone. You won't find a fancy corporate office with a receptionist here. Usually, one of us just grabs the line when it rings. We’ve been in Ramdas Gardens for a while and like the pace of life. Just a few people doing their thing, making sure the paperwork for the cruises gets processed properly. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for this kind of work, but it suits us just fine.
